Svetlena Kerimbaevna was born on December 24, 1962 in a family of teachers. After finishing school, she worked as the head of the Komsomol brigade "svetovniki", secretary of the primary Komsomol organization of the collective farm named after K. Marx, Taldy-Kurgan region. In 1981 she entered the Almaty branch of the Dzhambyl Technological Institute, which she graduated in 1986, receiving the qualification of an engineer-technologist. In 2013, she graduated from the Karaganda University of Economics, pedagogical faculty, and in 2013 she received a master's degree in economics from JSC Financial Academy, Nur-Sultan. In 2015-2018, she worked in the department of general technical disciplines and labor of the Tselinograd Pedagogical Institute. In 2014-2015, she worked in various positions at the Karaganda Polytechnic College. An important milestone in the work biography of Svetlena Kerimbaevna came in May 2014, when she was appointed director of the Karaganda Technical and Construction College. Svetlena Kerimbaevna did not lose her head, but mobilized all her talent as a leader, organizer and inspirer ... After all, a creative teacher is the person who at the right moment gives impetus to development, the one who awakens the sleeping to wakefulness, who makes you attentive, active, alive. And here, Svetlena Kerimbaevna supported teachers and staff with great enthusiasm, creating all the necessary conditions for their creative work. To improve the image and authority of an educational institution, of course, competent pedagogical management and a favorable psychological atmosphere in the teaching staff are necessary. Svetlena Kerimbaevna knew how to cooperate with people, support initiatives, correctly select and place personnel, unite the staff and rally them into a reliable team ready for creative creation. At the same time, she worked closely not only with members of the administration, but also with the entire teaching staff, delving into all problems and resolving them properly. In the team, she was known as a fair, energetic colleague and leader who worked on trust, the principles of democracy, and, at the same time, demanded a responsible attitude to the work performed from her subordinates. The following statistics speak volumes... If in 2014 the student body was only 348 students, and the number of specialties was 7 with seven qualifications, teachers - 52 people, then in 2021 the number of students reached 858 people, the number of specialties - 14 with eighteen qualifications and the number of teachers - 90. Over the seven years of Svetlena Kerimbaevna's work as director, the main indicators indicating the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational institution have more than doubled. For the first time in the region, Svetlena Kerimbaevna raised the issue of vocational training of children with special educational needs (SEN), the introduction of inclusive education, believing that not a single member of our society should be excluded from social and public relations. And, in the same year of her appointment as director, the first recruitment of students with disabilities was carried out. For the purpose of socialization, she created conditions for their participation in professional skills competitions. Thus, in 2017, 14 students with disabilities became winners of the Abilimpics and Deafskills competitions. Three of them received a personal invitation to participate in the Third Moscow Championship in professional skills for people with disabilities "Abilimpics-2017", which was held with the support of the Moscow government, in the Technopolis-Moscow Congress Center and at 14 venues in the capital. In 2018, four students with hearing and speech impairments took part in the professional skills competition "๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐" in Abu Dhabi; three students took part in the XXIII Paradelphic Games in orienteering in Turkey, where they entered the top five teams. Svetlena Kerimbayevna personally negotiated and achieved the holding of the First Republican Inclusive Sports Competitions at the College in March 2017 within the framework of the project "We Will Defeat Autism" among parents and their autistic children. She is also the initiator of the "Shadow Theater" project, in which students with hearing and speech impairments actively participate. The experience of this project was presented at the Republican seminars, which were repeatedly held at the College in 2017, 2018 with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and all regions of the Republic. Svetlena Kerimbayevna's initiative and determination contributed to the participation of three students with special educational needs in the International Championship of Professional Skills for Persons with Impaired Hearing "๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐" in Abu Dhabi, where visa support was provided by the UAE Embassy in Kazakhstan.
